Tips to Strengthen Support

  • Spend time imagining what a very high level of accomplishment would look in the future (5-10 years) for you at work without any self-imposed limitations; write one or more of these down as your long-term goals.
  • At the beginning of a day or week, be specific in writing down what you want to accomplish (and when you are going to do it) and how it leads to the achievement of these long-term goals.
  • Face problems with confidence. Whether it is a difficult colleague or a demanding workload, figure out different ways to immediately solve the problem.
