Tips to Strengthen Positive Focus

  • Develop the habit of paying attention to the positive things that have happened to you each day. Review one to three of these each night before going to sleep.
  • Be grateful to others for what they provide you by spending a little time each day thinking of things that you are truly thankful for.
  • The more frequently you spend time with positive thinking people, the more likely it is that their positive behaviour will rub off on you.
