A Professional Learning Certified Program for Educators

General Information

Teaching is one of the most rewarding professions — and one of the most demanding. The Resilient Educator (2nd Edition) is a practical, evidence-based program designed to help teachers and school staff understand workplace stress, strengthen their own resilience, and build sustainable habits that protect their wellbeing and professional effectiveness.

Grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the course moves beyond the idea of resilience as simply "coping" or "being tough." Instead, participants learn resilience as a skill that can be built — through reframing unhelpful thinking, regulating emotions, navigating difficult relationships, managing workload, and protecting the everyday habits that support recovery.

🔎 Recognise stress earlier — Understand your personal stress triggers and warning signs before pressure becomes overwhelming.

🧠 Respond more effectively — Develop practical thinking, emotional regulation and coping strategies for challenging moments at work.

💪 Build sustainable resilience — Strengthen the relationships, work habits and recovery practices that help you perform well.
