Mental Health First Aid Certification

Build the confidence to recognise, respond to, and support mental health challenges within school communities.

Participants complete internationally recognised Mental Health First Aid training and receive certification upon completion.

Individual & Group Coaching

Receive personalised support throughout the program through:

1:1 coaching sessions
Small group coaching
Reflection and goal-setting opportunities

Helping educators strengthen resilience, leadership, and professional confidence.

Resilience Assessments & Reporting

Track your growth over the year through evidence-based resilience assessments.
